After Sales Service & 24hr Response
We fully stand behind everything we process. Our objective is your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event of an issue or query, we are able to carry out site visits within 24 hours and we are always willing to provide advice on correct product maintenance.
Bradleys provide a quick response to enquires and customer communications, whether by phone, email or fax. We work closely with our customers to establish work turnaround needs and to enable fabrications to be processed and returned as soon as possible.
Collection & Delivery
With our own fleet of vehicles, Bradleys offer an exceptional collection and delivery service. Our drivers are exceptionally trained and experienced in the safe handling of consignments. Our lorries are fitted with air suspension to cushion the journey of your valued project to its destination.
Inspection
Quality monitoring and testing of your project begins from the moment it arrives until completion.
Every consignment of work upon arrival is subject to a goods inward inspection and is constantly monitored at every stage of the production process.
Bradleys have their own laboratory and sophisticated testing equipment allowing processing to be monitored and approved to the relevant specifications.
Prefabrication Design Advice
Utilising an extensive knowledge in both fabrication and coating, Bradleys can offer invaluable advice and guidance on the best way to design your components in order to achieve the optimum corrosion resistance, whilst keeping coating costs to a minimum.
