The Vantage Colour Range of High-Grade Architectural Powders is a super durable range of polyester powder finishes designed to protect the substrate and to retain a decorative, durable, long-life colourful finish.

  • Compatible with a variety of anti-corrosion treatments
  • Meets Qualicoat and Qualisteelcoat International Standards
  • Used in conjunction with Bradleys Bondakote Primer system creates excellent adhesion and greater longevity

Durability and Weather Resistance Performance

  • Accelerated Weathering – Class 2 ISO 16474-2 (1000 hrs) ≥90% Gloss retention
  • Acetic Salt Spray Resistance – ISO 9227 <16 mm2 corrosion/10cm, 1000 hours (aluminium)
  • Adhesion – Achieved the ultimate Class 0 in accordance with ISO 2409
  • Chemical Resistance – Resistant to solvents (Xylene rub test)
  • Florida Exposure – Gloss retention compliant with Qualicoat Class 2 requirements
  • Flexibility – SO 1519 (cylindrical Mandrel) Pass Qualicoat class 2 requirements
  • Excellent colour stability at elevated temperatures
  • Permeability Resistance – No sign of detachment or blistering as per Qualicoat specification
  • Mortar Resistance – As per Standard EN 12206, no effect after 24 hours
  • Impact Resistance – No sign of detachment following the tape pull adhesion test

Fire Rating 

  • A number of Vantage finishes are available in Fire Rated versions (Rated to A2-s1,d0) on prior request 

Repair & Maintenance

  • Expected Life to First Maintenance of 50 years
  • Simple and easy to clean with pH neutral water and soft cloth or sponge
  • Damage repair systems available for onsite application

  • Vantage Colour Range offers several environmental benefits within the parameters of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System:
  • Low VOC Emissions: Vantage Colour finishes emit minimal volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the air
  • Efficient Application: When applying Vantage Colour powder, about 90% of what’s sprayed adheres to the metal surface. The remaining powder can be collected, filtered and reused
  • Elimination of Hazardous Substances: Vantage Collour finishes do not require hazardous air pollutants (HAPs)
  • Enhanced Durability: Vantage Colour-finished surfaces are highly durable, reducing the need for frequent repair and fewer resources required over time
