What is ISO9001?
ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Applying to all areas of our business, it provides a framework with robust quality systems that ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business improvement.
How does it work?
ISO9001 is based on seven core quality management principles (QMPs) which are fundamental to delivering excellent service: customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.
As an ISO 9001 quality assured company, we document each of our business processes to ensure consistency and drive performance improvements. As well as guaranteeing integrity in our process management, the standard helps us identify service improvement opportunities, so that we can continually strive to deliver the best possible customer experience.
