THE CHALLENGE
Delivering a flawless, high-end powder coated finish across stair balustrades, stringers, and a reception desk in six different RAL colours, while ensuring consistency, preventing cross-contamination, and aligning perfectly with the building’s exterior aesthetic.
THE SOLUTION
Adopted a tightly controlled coating process with dedicated colours and staged application sequences, supported by rigorous quality checks and sample approvals to achieve precise colour matching and a uniform, premium finish throughout.

Broadgate 1 is a 14‑storey, mixed‑use commercial building at the heart of London’s Broadgate campus, delivering over 500,000 sq ft of Grade A office space with integrated retail, generous terraces and balconies, and designed to achieve leading sustainability and wellbeing standards including BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum.
