Spread over 12 acres it has drawn worldwide attention and no stone has been left unturned. Bringing together exquisite architecture and artisans to the richest of designs in creating the most beautiful residences and townhouses in Britain.
Based on the site of the British Army barracks located in the City of Westminster, this development has acknowledged the history associated with it as well as its location. What sets it apart like no other, is its incorporation of green space, city living and juxtaposition with a country estate.
Designs were outstanding including the bronze finish planter edging, bike racks, railings and balconies clad with steel flowers where every flower was unique.
