Noma, 4 Angel Square

THE CHALLENGE

To deliver high-quality, consistent finishes across a diverse range of metal substrates and architectural features—including speedgates, lift cars, and a bespoke reception desk—while aligning with the client’s aesthetic vision and budget constraints, particularly as an alternative to solid bronze.

THE SOLUTION

Achieving the desired outcome required close collaboration and detailed discussions with the client to understand their expectations and explore what was technically and financially feasible. Bradleys applied a combination of internal finishing systems tailored to each item. Speedgates were finished using Bradleys’ Metalite Bronze system, offering a warm, luxurious appearance without the cost of solid bronze. Lift cars featured brushed stainless steel panels enhanced with decorative bronze-toned finishes for a refined, cohesive look. The reception desk became a standout feature, finished with a custom blend of Bradleys Metalite Bronze and subtle patination to match the surrounding interior design. This approach allowed the project to maintain visual impact and material integrity while staying within budget.
